"One of ZUS outlet that I enjoyed spent my coffee date alone. The staff are very friendly and always accomodating to your questions about the drinks. For the member points, I read the past reviews about it but i simply just give my number once they finished repeating my orders. Overall, the experience I had here was pleasant!"

"The drinks are nice, but NEVER EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE FOOD, overcharging on lasagna that is as thin as a paper is very unreasonable, I get it its "quality ingredients" but plastic packaging, not worth the price. However the atmosphere is like any other chill cafe."

"I have always enjoyed going to this Zus Coffee. Today, I found a foreign object (a plastic that actually came from the lid fell into the drink) in my drink and lodged a complaint in the App. The manager reached out to me to offer a new drink and a free donut although I already settled for a refund in the app. I understand these mistakes can happen and actually no one was at fault. This was a packaging error, not a cleanliness issue. The manager apologized in person as well. I applaud the management in this specific Zus Coffee for handling this situation very well. Also, the ambience at this Zus coffee is great. I just wish customers know how to clean after themselves after using the facilities (like every other fast food restaurant etiquette) Thank You Zus"

"June 2025 Pretty tasty orange flavor coffee. Attentive staff but limited seating. Rest room not available during our visit due to repair. Quick service indeed for late afternoon coffee run."
